No, we do not hide alcohol in our bars. Although small amounts of alcohol are used in our products, we do not use ethyl alcohol or ethanol, also known as "drinking alcohol". This means that when we are looking for flavors and other ingredients, we always try to find ingredients that do not contain this alcohol, so that we can also provide our customers with products that do not contain any traces of alcohol, for example for religious or health reasons allowed to consume ethyl alcohol. We also choose the ingredients of our products from this point of view, so that our products can be consumed without hesitation. We are of course happy to answer any further questions.

The physiological property of oat flakes is that they sometimes contain larger and sometimes smaller amounts of gluten. This means that two bags of oatmeal can contain different amounts of gluten. This is also the case with our SVEN JACK's. That's why we want to play it safe for your health and always list gluten as an allergen. We recommend speaking to your doctor beforehand to know your own tolerance level for gluten.

Our bars all have a best before date of 6-7 months. Varies depending on storage.

You can enjoy our Sven Jack's in two sizes: 65g for a small snack in between and 125g when a bigger adventure is imminent, so that you are supplied with enough energy for a long time.
